Weekend! (baptism, and more water)
This weekend was totally crazy! Saturday was insane, and sunday was funny!!! Here's what happened:
Had worship practice, then went to celebrate Isaac's bday. We were all rushing around, tryna get everything ready. Then Isaac walked by the door, which had a window and saw us. So it wasn't much of a suprise. Jayna & Joan worked like crazy tryna get the video working. In the end, it was cool. MegaLife was interesting. Then there was baptism. Me, Natalie & Michelle somehow got all matched up. Dunno why though...
The water was freezing, I tell you.
FREEZING!!! I shivered when I went in and shivered even more when I went out. My teeth were chattering like insane! Afterwards, went to hang out with C2. LOL!
Everyone always tries to get the better of me, but I'll never give in!!!!! One day, oh hoho, one day

Sunday- Woke up when my alarm went off! YAY!!! Small group was sooo roudy. They simply
could not sit still. Kids will be kids. After 2nd service went to lunch with my family. Then went to hang with the band. While walking home, it started raining. HARD, VERY VERY VERY HARD. I had to stay at Natalie's house cause it was raining sooo hard! My jeans were soaked, so was my ML Camp jacket. We just hung out. Then I went with her family to dinner. (THNX NAT!!!!) Me & Natalie joked about trading sisters for about a week. LOL!!!!

Dark Era 12
I took a deep breath before following Katie into the hall. There was music playing and kids talking. Some of them were my age, others younger. As I walked through the hall to talk to Katie, I recognized some of the people she was talking to. They were from our school! I froze for a second, wondering what exactly I should do.
"Faith! Get over here!" Katie said loudly. She had to, or I wouldn't have heard her over all the noise. "I think you remember Noah and Sarah from our English class right?" Katie smiled at them. "Ya. Hi." I smiled slightly. "Whaddaya think of youth group so far Faith?" Sarah asked. "It's definantly...not what I expected." I said cautiously. "Oh? You were probably expecting hymns, old fashioned English and boring, boring, boring right?" Noah asked, defensively. "No! Not at all! Katie always says you all do cool stuff! She told me about that one time she went rock-climbing, and you played laser-tag and stuff." I quickly replied. "Yup, that's what we do round here. Have fun." Noah sounded smug. I was confused, what was Noah being so defensive about?
As me & Katie took our seats she whispered in my ear, "Sorry bout Noah. He's always like that. He's not prejudice or anything to non-Christians. It's just that in his old home-town everyone there had the wrong idea about Christianity and always made fun of him." I glanced at Noah, who'd seated himself next to Sarah and smiled slightly at Katie. The service was interesting. We played games, and the music they played was nice. But when the pastor started talking, I got kinda bored. I doodled on the notepad that I'd brought. I was listening, I just didn't like looking up to the stage the whole time. Sometimes the pastor would scan the crowd, and each time I wanted to duck my head and hide.
Once the pastor was finished, everyone headed out. "We're gonna go for dinner. Would you and Faith like to come?" Sarah asked. "Sure! We still have some time before we need to head home." Katie replied enthusiacticly. On the walk there I kept quiet and studied Katie, Sarah & Noah. Even though it was getting cold out, I hadn't brought a jacket. I kept my hands in my pockets, so they wouldn't get numb. Sarah noticed and lent me her gloves. "I hope you're feeling alright, you're very quiet tonight." Sarah shyly commented. "Oh, well...um. Ya know. Just thinking." I answered. I hadn't noticed that they'd been studying me the whole time I'd been studying them!
What is it that's so different about them? They're all patient and kind, well, Noah had yet to show that side of himself. But I was sure he had that side. I wondered about it all night long...

Weekend! (fruits, and a little bit nuts)
This weekend was FUNNY! Laughed till my cheeks hurt. Here's what happened:
Saturday-Went to worship practice. Was kinda bored till we did 'Praise Your Holy Name'. Really nice! Megalife, normal. Had the baptism interview before cell. I wanted to run off screaming when it was done. Here's what happened at the end: 'Are you nervous or something?' 'Um...sorta.' 'Oh. Well your face is kinda red.' 'OH.' 'It's even redder now! You're so cute!' Yup. I covered my face with the I HAVE DECIDED cards. I think I got even redder after that! I wonder if blushing is a medical condition????
Sunday-Woke up at 5am for
no reason at all!!! So I just stoned and fell asleep for half an hour more. Got to church and had sound check, quick practice. 1st service worship was kinda...shaky. 2nd service was so much better. Sitting at the atrium was boring. Luckily some of the guys made it more interesting. Natalie has such nice songs on her ipod! Lunch was the most interesting thing in the whole weekend.
Everyone decided to go to Just Acia. Shared with Natalie. Laughed sooo hard!!!!

Math!!!
Gosh. I hate math so much. I stink at it too. Mom isn't even here so I could ask her for some help. Gonna fail my math test...*sigh*

I took a deep breath. I opened the classroom door a crack, and it creaked. Loudly. Mrs. Tillman looked up from the papers she was grading, and smiled slightly. 'Hello...Faith right?' I nodded, I didn't dare say anything. I walked up to her desk and put the portfolio down. 'I thought you might like to look at these...' I trailed off.
I started towards the door and opened it. 'Faith?', Mrs. Tillman asked quietly, 'Did you do these?' I closed the door and said, 'Yea.' 'These are very good. Would you mind making a few oil paintings for the art competition?' My heart stopped and a huge smile broke onto my face. 'Sure! That'd be great!' 'I'll pass you the information for the art competition tomorrow.' I nodded and headed towards the door again. 'Faith?' I turned, 'Yes, Mrs. Tillman?' 'Some of your old sketches were...not very good. How did you suddenly get so.....good?' I just smiled at her and shrugged. 'I dunno. I guess what I showed you wasn't my best work.' I walked out of the classroom jumping up and down inside.
I ran into Katie while heading to English. 'Hey! You'll never guess what! I got into the art competition!' I said excitedly. 'What?! That's great! What made Mrs. Tillman change her mind?' I dropped my voice to a whisper, 'I showed her the sketches from the garden patch.' 'Oh Faith! You were an amazing artist in the first place! I have no idea why Mrs. Tillman didn't give you a chance the minute she saw your work!' Katie was really excited now. 'Well Mrs. Tillman didn't see any emotion or soul in my work...I'm just guessing though. And when I see some of my older sketches. I guess it's true, there wasn't anything much in it.' Katie looked still looked happy but she was staring at me funny. 'What? Why are you staring at me like that?' I asked, a little freaked out. 'Oh, nothing. Would you like to go to church with me on Saturday?' She asked. 'Um...I dunno. But I gotta get to class.' I hurried away.

did wanna see what Katie's church was like. She was always saying how fun and cool it was. But...maybe...I shouldn't. It'd be weird. I wouldn't even know anyone there! It'd be weird. But...maybe. Just maybe.

Weekend (ow!, no lunch...)
This weekend was...ok. Nothing much.
Saturday-It was pouring
soooooo hard that me and dad had to get a ride to church. Got in the lift, and when it got to the 1st floor my cell walked in. So just followed them to the Worship Centre. Cell was funny, laughed a lot. But, nothing completly jaw-dropping happened.
Sunday-Walked to church. My small group is getting funner/cuter. They're all sooo cute! Drew some designs, though they really stink. I couldn't think of anything new!!! I guess I can't control my artistic inspirations...*sigh*. Then went to lunch with my dad and siblings. Basically this week was: normal.

Looked at the 'YOU' MegaLife 2008 Camp. Sooo nice! Thinking of it reminds me that...never mind :)

Weekend (umbrellas & siblings)
This week was...interesting. Lots of unplanned, random stuff happened.
Saturday-Had cell in multiple places. First went to Grace Canopy for games. Then went to this totally TINY room for worship. All the girls moved out, and had worship outside. Then went upstairs to have discussion. Turns out Natalie is gonna be my partner for the 50 Day 'Celebrate Jesus!'. :D
Before walking to the bus stop me and Natalie had a tug of war with the umbrella.
It was me and Natalie against the umbrella. We kept pressing this button, when we only had to push it open. Afterwards we were like, "Dumb umbrella. But we're dumber." The gate was locked so we just walked the long way round. Halfway Natalie saw it wasn't raining, so she closed the umbrella. It started again after 5 minutes, so she opened it up again.
Right in my face!!! Laughed till she couldn't even hold the umbrella straight!!! LOL!!!
Sunday-Small group was MUCH better than usual. Got the girls to be calm. FINALLY. Outside, played truth or dare with Nicole, Natalie & Caleb. Boring, cause no one chose Dare. I mean, who would? Only a complete IDIOT would choose Dare.
Had to take Zoe & Reagan with me to lunch. Gosh...nearly went insane, but in a good way.
